, a holiday outfit. charlotte begged her mom to wear it to school that day. her big brother was also at school that day, but we're told he made it to safety. her uncle says she could light up a room. we'll also remember daniel barden, 7 years old. he was a budding athlete. he swam, played soccer, was missing two front teeth. his family called him fearless. we will remember olivia engel as well, just six years old, she played tennis and soccer. was a ballet dancer and a patient big sister to her 3-year-old brother. she loved school, colors pink and purple and was going to be an angel in the nativity play scheduled for just last night. we will remember 7-year-old josephine gay as well. she turned 7 on tuesday. she too loved the color purple. her neighbors are hanging purple balloons from mailboxes and fences in her memory. we will remember her. we'll also remember ana marquez-greene, 6 years old. she grew up with music in her ears, her dad plays jazz saxophone and flute. he wrote a song about her entitled ana grace. we'll also remember dylan hockley, he too was just 6 years old. he came from eng

of this does, i think, beg for a better labor enforcement mechanism. we were talking about personal perm attempts. the prelance of the economy how do you organize that part of the economy. increasingly companies are relying on subcontracting their work to other companies which makes it difficult to organize across that. i would say some of that requires better labor law enforcement that says you can't do these kinds of things. >> but that's not enough. you can't stop at enforcement. you have to think aupt of the box about what the laws should be and about what the organizing model should be. first of all we need to tie people's direct bread and butter issues to the union and to issues of the workplace. if you don't have a union we're deeper in poverty. if you're a part-time worker you can't schedule daycare so you organize people around daycare about their immediate issues and as a union you can still do that. as a worker center we organize people around a host of issues that are outside of their workplace issues. secondly, you know, you can bargain with the employer. you can bargain wit

, they say in the report that the benghazi folks were begging for help along the way. they explained a deteriorating security posture. there was more intensity in the events. more bad guys in the neighborhood than ever before. and they were asking repeatedly, and in washington, they were turned down for those requests. that's an important difference. so are there more than one person at fault? i'm sure there are. but you can't have a security wing of the state department that does not recognize that all of these threats need to be taken into consideration. he went with the security posture that they gave him, which i argue, was woefully inadequate. >> is there not a way to find out where the paperwork got stuck, in terms of these requests keep going in, these requests keep coming in. isn't that a question you want an answer to? >> absolutely. and the fact that the i don't think the accountability review board that did the report can find that they can't find anyone to hold accountable for the death of these four americans when there are some serious, gross negligent mistakes made in
